CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly and we apply the following cancellation policy: Minimum 7 days notice from check in time is required for the cancellation unless otherwise stated at time of booking. During peak times, a non-refundable deposit maybe required and will be stated on the confirmation of booking. Any cancellation the a booking will need to be advised by email otherwise a "No Show' will be charged the full amount of the stay Any "Cancellation Fee" charge will be refunded if unit(s) is re-let. All charges will be debited against the credit card number, as supplied at the time the reservation was first made.
